In accordance with the community's rules and regulations, an application must be submitted to the Architectural Review Board (ARB) prior to the commencement of certain work on a home or yard within the community. Some examples of these types of work include, but are not limited to, house painting, storm shutters, fences, pools, screen enclosures, tree removal/planting, etc. Please refer to the governing documents and rules and regulations of the community for a complete list of items requiring ARB approval.
Included in this section, please find the ARB application that can be downloaded for completion and submission to the property manager and ARB for review and approval. For convenience, we have also created an ARB Submissions contact form where you may upload the application and supporting documents for review and comment/approval.
Please note the ARB meets once per month on the Second Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. Applications to be considered for review must therefore be submitted no later than 3pm the Friday prior to the regular scheduled meeting in order to be placed on the agenda. Applications submitted after this deadline will be placed on the following month's agenda.
